Our body helps us in doing many things in this world. We are able to walk, talk, run, eat and sleep. With such wonderful qualities, it becomes my most important responsibility to take care of the body from various diseases. To maintain a good and balanced body I always follow a set of daily activities. First thing that is vital for the body is enough rest with 6-7 hrs of ideal sleep. I make sure my body goes through at least 6.5 hrs of sleep so that am ready for the next day activities. My family doctor always suggested starting the day with a glass of water mixed with honey and lemon. I was really amazed with the kind of results that this therapy gave me. When I looked it up over the internet, there were lists of wonderful things that this tonic can do for the body!
Yet another important component which women need is calcium. I prefer to have certain dosage of calcium in the form of vegetables or any other food source. This will not only keep the body active but will help to strengthen the bones. At least thrice a week, I would prefer to go on a fruit diet for the dinner.
