Thank god I am a vegetarian. Well, I don’t have any hard feelings for non-vegetarians though. But most of the health experts suggest going vegetarian. I am a food freak and without rice, my meal would be unfinished. But gradually when I started to go on a fruit diet, it literally had an amazing effect. For the first time when I had a bowl of fruits for my dinner, even though I was very disappointed that my dinner was a flop, the next morning when I woke up, I was fresh as a flower! From then on, I made a habit of going on a fruit diet for 3 days in a week.
Yoga is yet another tool that really helped me. It greatly helped my mental balance as my level of acceptance to any situation just groomed over. I also do pay a visit to the nearby spa for a wonderful foot reflexology. As most of us in this era are IT employees and we hardly get to walk around, these foot reflexologies are a real treat to activate the energies inside the body. I try avoiding coffee and tea and instead go green with a cup of hot green tea.
